#4: “Property Values are going down”, you should rent for a year.

Doing this lowers the value of the big house. If you are considering resale, then you should never do this.

This is a trick to get people under contract, only the worst agents do this. This will make your house sit on the market and lose its value fast!
#7: You need to get pre approved before we go shopping.
